A property management firm responsible for managing single family, multi-family and apartment buildings for homeowners, investors and financial institutions.  Real Property Management is the largest national residential property management company in the United States and has over 20 years of experience.

Oversee all aspects of property management and sales of multi-million dollar portfolio.

Director of Asset Management Strategy (2010 – Present)

  • Established first Detroit Real Property Management office to serve unmet needs of financial institutions for property management.
  • Performed Broker Price Opinions for acquisition; recommended acquisition, lease, disposition, improvement, or other action consistent with the best interest of the client.
  • Leveraged knowledge of local market conditions to develop strategies that enabled owners to maximize profitability of investments.
  • Developed creative asset disposal strategies to provide investors with maximum financial benefit.
  • Established effective working relationships with vendors and community partners to work toward stabilizing neighborhoods through creative development partnerships
  • Supervised staff performing detailed and accurate research on zoning ordinances and condemnation considerations to ensure      compliance with all necessary regulations and ensure safe housing conditions for tenants.

Real Estate Consultant (2006 – 2009)

  • Developed training material for agents for Internet Marketing.

Chrysler is ranked third as a domestic automobile manufacturer.  Supported mission and business critical areas within the Information Technology Management Department; Manufacturing and Treasury.

 

Business Analyst  (2006 – 2008)

Was responsible for upgrading and monitoring SDTS (Surface Defect Tracking System) used throughout all manufacturing production facilities to mitigate lost production time.

  • Led off-site development team for a critical system migration from Visual Basic 4.0 to VB.net to ensure system architecture was easily maintained and flexible for low cost specification updates.
  • Responsible for maintaining vehicle production specifications relevant to assembly instruction as new models were introduced or existing models updated throughout all plants in North America – including United States, Mexico and Canada.

System Analyst (2001 – 2006)

Was responsible for monitoring daily interfaces used to import and export transactions into the treasury system, and documented treasury processes and controls.

 

  • Developed interfaces to decrypt bank files and import them into the Chrysler treasury system.  The implementation of these improvements increased profitability of the treasury activity through saved time reduction of errors from re-keying redundant data.
  • Responsible for developing file formats with external vendors and internal business owners to ensure data could be easily imported and exported from the Treasury System.  Increased productivity by 50% during a period when staff was reduced by 20%.
  • Led documentation of data transfer processes to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
